Spiced Chai Nog




Ingredients

  • ¾ c. sugar
  • ¾ c. boiling water
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 c. chai concentrate
  • 4 c. apple cider
  • 2 c. vanilla soy milk
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon syrup


Directions

  1. Stir sugar into boiling water until dissolved. Off heat, add cinnamon sticks, steep for 15 minutes. Discard cinnamon; let cool. In pitcher, stir chai concentrate, apple cider, vanilla soy milk, and cinnamon syrup. Serve hot or cold.
