Beef Salad
Ingredients

1 boneless sirloin steak
Kosher salt and peppers
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
¼ tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. hot sauce
½ head romaine lettuce
¼ head red cabbage
1 medium carrot
4 radishes
1 seedless cucumber
½ c. fresh mint leaves
¼ lb. snow peas
¼ c. unsalted peanuts

Directions
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, hot sauce and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Add the lettuce, cabbage, carrot, radishes, cucumber, mint, and snow peas and toss to combine. Transfer to a platter and top with the sliced beef. Top with peanuts, if desired.
