Spicy Fish Tacos with Creamy Cabbage and Corn Slaw
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- kosher salt
- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the paprika, cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season the fish with the spice mixture and cook until golden brown and opaque throughout, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Using a fork, flake the fish into large chucks.
- Put flaked fish in tortillas and top with Creamy Cabbage and Sweet Corn Slaw
